These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 5bd9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 5bd9 website located at https://5bd9.app and all associated services, including sports betting, casino gaming, live dealer tables, and any promotional or bonus features offered therein.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5bd9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
